Expansion Requests

Creators may request expansion beyond tier limits (20,000+ members, 6+ groups) via form submission, subject to approval and custom pricing.

CREATOR EARNINGS & PAYOUT STRUCTURE

Base Earnings (Monthly)

Your first 500 members:

$10 plan members: You get $8 each

$20 plan members: You get $17 each

After 500 members:

$10 plan members: You get $6 each

$20 plan members: You get $16 each

You keep 100% of revenue from:

• Course sales inside your groups
• Coaching or consulting services
• Digital products (templates, guides, etc.)
• Workshops or events
• Any other products/services sold to your members

TekelPath takes $0 from these sales. We only take a share of the group membership fees paid by members to access your community.

BONUS PROGRAMS

Growth Bonuses (Monthly)

Available on $10, $20, and $299 plans only

10 new members = $10

25 new members = $25

50 new members = $50

100 new members = $100

150+ new members = $150

Requirements:

• Only highest tier earned per month
• Must maintain 70% member retention
• Members must meet qualifying requirements (Section 4)

Retention Bonuses (Every 3 Months)

Available on $20 and $299 plans only

100 members @ 75% retention = $300

250 members @ 75% retention = $500

500 members @ 75% retention = $750

1,000 members @ 80% retention = $1,500

2,500 members @ 85% retention = $3,000

Requirements:

• Minimum retention as listed above
• Members must meet qualifying requirements (Section 4)

Annual Bonuses (Pro Plan Only)

Available on $299 plan only

5,000 members @ 85% retention = $10,000

10,000 members @ 85% retention = $20,000

25,000 members @ 90% retention = $40,000

Requirements:

• Maintain listed retention threshold for full year
• Must have been on platform for full 12 months
• Members must meet qualifying requirements (Section 4)

Bonus Payment Terms

Bonuses are paid via PayPal or Stripe

No clawbacks—bonuses are final once paid

ACCOUNT CONDUCT & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any creator or affiliate account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations including:

• Prohibited Conduct
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Gaming referral, bonus, or payout systems
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Sharing misleading information about TekelPath
• Unauthorized use of TekelPath branding
• Circumventing payout verification
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit systems
• Posting harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Violating laws while using TekelPath
• Maintaining inactive communities (>30 days no login while earning)
• Consequences
• First violation: Warning + monitoring
• Second violation: Temporary suspension + bonus reduction
• Third violation: Permanent termination + forfeiture of unpaid earnings
